Atelier Seamstress

Company Bound Solutions is announcing a vacancy for the following position:

Position: Atelier Seamstress Schedule: Monday-Friday Location: Tbilisi, Samgori

Main Responsibilities: - Performing high-quality sewing work in accordance with brand standards; - Detailed processing of clothing items, maintaining internal and external techniques; - Ensuring precise, clean, and even seams; - Properly preserving fabric texture, shape, and quality at all stages of work; - Working with draping and moulage techniques (constructing clothing on a mannequin); - Sewing samples, prototypes, and final products; - Participating in fittings and ensuring ideal garment fitting when necessary; - Making alterations, corrections, and technical changes; - Close collaboration with the constructor, designer, and atelier team; - Working with various types of fabrics, textures, and technical details; - Correct and efficient use of sewing techniques and relevant inventory during the work process; - Ensuring technical and visual quality of garments at all stages of execution; - Maintaining the workspace, equipment, and materials in an organized state; - Ensuring orders and collections are completed within the established deadlines.

Qualification Requirements: - Experience working in the sewing field; - Experience working with industrial sewing machines (iron, overlock, and other relevant sewing equipment); - Experience creating samples, prototypes, and final products; - Experience working on models with complex construction and technical difficulty; - Practical knowledge of working with various types of fabrics, textures, and constructions; - Knowledge of garment construction and sewing technologies; - Ability to manage time effectively; - Ability to work independently and create high-quality hand-processed details; - Ability to participate in fittings and make corrections; - Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively; - Detail-oriented and high sense of responsibility; - Focus on maintaining high quality standards; - Interest in fashion, handicrafts, and creating high-quality products.
