Location: Tbilisi; Workplace: remote; after the office opens, fully onsite; Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00; Salary: 2500 GEL, net salary.
Main functions and responsibilities:
Purchasing raw materials and supplies from local and international suppliers; Conducting negotiations with suppliers on price, delivery terms, payment conditions, and quality requirements; Placing orders and coordinating the delivery process - transportation, customs procedures, accompanying documentation; Complete and accurate accounting of all purchases in the "Balance" program within one working day of receiving goods - purchase quantity, price, supplier, document; Planning purchases based on production plans and sales dynamics - Corresponding inventory control; Determining the minimum balance and reorder point for each position and regularly reviewing them; Finding new suppliers and purchasing channels, comparing alternatives by price, quality, and delivery terms; Maintaining and updating the supplier base - contact information, prices, terms, quality, and cooperation history; Coordination with the inventory management specialist and production team - according to current balances and production needs; Preparing monthly reports: purchases made, price dynamics, current balances, and planned orders.
Qualification requirements:
At least 2 years of experience working in procurement; Knowledge of English at least B2 level (written communication and negotiations with foreign suppliers); Good knowledge of MS Excel; Experience working with accounting software; Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers; Ability to work independently and plan your own workday.
