Main duties and responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the products presented in the store;
• Providing high-quality, qualified, and individualized service to customers;
• Offering products to customers and providing comprehensive information about their characteristics;
• Assisting customers in the product selection process;
• Receiving orders and participating in coordinating the product delivery process;
• Reflecting information about sales and orders in the relevant program;
• Ensuring and controlling the accuracy and timely update of prices for products presented in the trading hall.

Qualification requirements and desired skills

• Effective communication and interaction skills;
• Customer orientation and high service culture;
• Organizational skills, punctuality, and high sense of responsibility;
• Motivation, energy, and teamwork skills;
• Knowledge of Russian at a communicative level (mandatory requirement);
• Experience working in the sales field will be considered an advantage.
