Operator

"Aegean Blue" is announcing a vacancy for an Operator position.

Main responsibilities:

• Communication with customers - responding to incoming phone calls, messages on Messenger and other social platforms;

• Working in the Amadeus system - creating and managing bookings, issuing airline tickets, changing dates, reissuing tickets, refunds and other basic operations;

• Providing customers with information related to airline tickets, bookings and flights;

• Producing and managing daily work reports, registers and Excel tables.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English - required;

• Ability to work with a computer and Microsoft Excel;

• Good communication skills with customers;

• Responsibility, organization and attention to detail;

• Knowledge of Amadeus and experience working in the system is a priority.
