Insurance company "Unison" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Senior Corporate Sales Group Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Effective management and coordination of the sales team's activities; Ensuring the implementation of agreed-upon sales plans and budget; Constant monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of the team's portfolio results; Motivating, developing, and evaluating the performance of team members; Supporting, training, and involving new employees in the adaptation process; Evaluating, analyzing, and initiating the optimization of sales processes' effectiveness; Finding new customers, developing business relationships, and ensuring the retention of existing clients; Controlling receivables and ensuring timely collection; Analyzing sales results and preparing periodic reports for management; Ensuring compliance with the company's internal policies and standards and controlling their implementation
Qualification requirements:
Higher education (preferably in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields); At least 2 years of experience in sales in the insurance sector; Experience in team management; Practical experience in sales planning and performance analysis; Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel; Knowledge of English and Russian languages; Good knowledge of insurance products and the market will be considered an advantage.
