About us: Studio 9:16 is a TikTok production studio that creates viral, creative, and result-oriented video content.

Bank of Georgia, ALTA, 22 Degrees, 105, Bolt Food, these are just a few examples of the channels for which Studio 9:16 creates TikTok content. Our team is expanding and we are looking for an operator who prioritizes quality and creativity.

We are looking for a video operator who:

• Lives and breathes short-form content, is interested in what works on TikTok and knows how to come up with, shoot, and quickly assemble videos.

• Can work in a dynamic and creative environment and turn raw ideas into visually appealing shorts.

• Has experience working on commercial videos and can turn even relatively standard and boring topics into fun and engaging formats.

• Has a well-developed visual taste, sees the frame, light, and movement in a way that even a short video tells a story.

• Is interested in TikTok trends and understands how to adapt them to a specific brand, its marketing goal, or just a certain story.

• And simply loves shooting, the camera is an instrument for them to bring any idea to life.

What we expect from you:

• Experience working on short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).

• Technical knowledge of shooting (camera, phone, light, sound).

• The ability to think quickly and adapt.

• Seeing the frame both on set and outside.

• Initiative and a desire to develop in the short-form content industry.

Conditions:

Working schedule: 40 hours a week.

Remuneration: 2500-3000 (paid in hand).
