Main responsibilities

• Finding and providing necessary information to customers.
• Full reflection of information provided by customers in software;
• Determining and advising on customer requests;

Qualification requirements and skills

• Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Basic knowledge of office programs will be considered an advantage;
