Customer Support Specialist

"Solar Auto" is announcing a vacancy for a Customer Support Specialist position.

Company Overview: We are a growing company of electric vehicle charging network. We are looking for an energetic, technology enthusiast, and motivated team member to provide high-quality service and technical support to our customers.

Function-Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls, answer questions, and provide consultations.
• Provide remote support to customers for mobile application installation and usage.
• Conduct on-site inspections of charging stations and identify/resolve primary technical issues if necessary.
• Record complex technical issues and refer them to the relevant technical/engineering team.
• Keep track of frequently asked questions and common issues, and provide periodic reports to the direct supervisor.

Qualification Requirements and Experience:

• B-category driver's license (required for on-site visits).
• Experience working with software is desirable.
• Interest in technology and good ability to work with mobile applications (basic knowledge of software will be considered a significant advantage).
• Proficiency in the Georgian language (knowledge of English and/or Russian at a communicative level).

• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively (Problem-solving).
• Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Terms:

• Salary: based on experience
• Work schedule: initially Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00
• Possible hybrid work model in the future.
