Key responsibilities:
Create and implement PR and communication strategies; Proactively discover interesting news hooks and PR opportunities in the company's daily activities; Interaction with media, interviews, articles, stories, press releases, and special projects; Develop the Founder/CEO's personal brand and public communication; Create communication and content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn; Transform everyday real processes into interesting stories and modern short-form video content; Properly package and cover the company's significant news, achievements, and international development; Develop relationships with media, influencers, and other strategic partners; Find and coordinate videographers, designers, content creators, and other external resources; Manage reputational and crisis communication; Constantly monitor competitors, trends, and the information environment; Analyze the results of implemented activities and evaluate them with specific KPIs.
Who we are looking for:
At least 3-5 years of real experience in PR, communications, media, or brand marketing; Good knowledge of English; Good knowledge of the Georgian media environment and modern formats of social media; Ability to create storytelling and strong text; Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously; High responsibility, initiative, and result orientation.
A particular advantage will be: experience working with technological, financial, fintech/blockchain, or international companies; professional relationships with the media; experience in Founder/Executive personal branding; good understanding of TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts.
