Junior Site Manager

Construction company LLC "Alumet" announces a vacancy for the position of Junior Site Manager.

LLC "Alumet" has been operating in the construction sector since 2009. The company's main direction is the installation of aluminum and glass facade systems, aluminum and metal-plastic doors and windows, ventilated facades and glass railings.

We are looking for students and graduates of construction or relevant technical fields who want to gain practical experience, professional development, and potentially grow into a Site Manager position in the future.

Work experience is not required. The selected candidate will work under the direct supervision of the company's Project Manager and will receive the necessary practical knowledge and experience during the work process.

Main functions and responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of ongoing work at the construction site;
• Participation in verifying the compliance of completed works with drawings and the project;
• Recording the volume of work and progress of implementation;
• Photo-fixation of ongoing works and informing the Project Manager about progress;
• Participation in quality control of completed works;
• Daily communication with brigades and other participants working on the site;
• Timely fixation of requests for necessary materials and supplies and provision of information to the Project Manager;
• Familiarization with construction drawings and technical documentation and working with them;
• Timely fixation of existing problems and delays at the site and informing the Project Manager;
• Monitoring the observance of safety requirements and informing responsible persons about possible violations;
• Execution of work tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Qualification requirements

• Student or graduate of the 3rd course or higher of construction, architecture, or other relevant technical fields;
• Desire to work and develop in the construction sector;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Attention to details;
• Organizational skills and time management;
• Communication and teamwork skills;
• Knowledge of Excel;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of English or Russian will be considered an advantage;
• Work experience is not required.

Working conditions

• Workplace - company's current construction sites located in Tbilisi;
• Working days - Monday to Saturday;
• Salary for the first 3 months - 1,500 GEL;
• After successfully completing a 3-month training / probationary period - 2,000 GEL;
• In the future - the prospect of salary growth in accordance with qualifications, experience, and growth of responsibilities;
• Practical training under the guidance of an experienced Project Manager;
