MEP Engineer

“Spectrum” is a fully integrated design and construction company, providing services in architecture, interior design, urban planning and construction. We are announcing a vacancy for the position of MEP Engineer.

Qualification requirements and responsibilities:

• Higher education in construction/engineering;
• At least 5 years of experience in monitoring MEP systems;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP and other software programs;
• Knowledge of local and international norms and standards;
• Knowledge of design of heating - cooling, ventilation - air conditioning, water supply and electricity supply systems;
• Fluent communication in Georgian and English;
• Comparison of current MEP works with cost estimates and monitoring of it
