Job Description Development of the bank's network (new and existing branches, office and warehouse buildings) planning and production of current and conceptual repair and reconstruction works, technical solutions and preparation of tender documentation, production and monitoring of the construction process.

Main duties and responsibilities: - Receiving technical tasks from the team leader and agreeing on all issues and details related to the tasks listed below with him, specifically: - Reconstruction and repair of existing branches; - Planning repair and reconstruction works on a bank-wide scale; - Calculating the approximate cost of works; - Preparing tender documentation and transferring it to the purchasing department; - Verifying tender results (checking Excel tables for formulas, verifying material and work prices against real market prices); - Preparing engineering assessments - Planning start, progress and completion dates of works with the winning company; - Planning delivery of materials from the warehouse; - Coordinating work with the bank's operations group; - Coordination with the security service on work production; - Coordinating work with the bank's IT service; - Coordinating deadlines for entering the facility with the furniture manufacturer; - Controlling planned deadlines for works; - Monitoring the construction and repair process; - Checking financial settlement documents (form #2) on behalf of the company, both interim and final, recounting the actual volumes of work performed; - Filing projects, contracts and acceptance certificates (electronic); - Handing over completed facilities to the operations group (specifically, a site visit with the operations manager, monitoring technical issues and overall visual situation) - Opening new branches (repair and reconstruction works): - Coordinating with the project architect to ensure compatibility of all design parts (architecture, electrical, ventilation, heating, cooling, etc.); - Preliminary review of prepared design data with designers; - Submission for settlement; - Preparing and transferring necessary documentation to Telas, cleaning service, water canal, Kaztransgaz, for purchasing relevant communications and registering as a subscriber; - Controlling, managing and completing the relevant construction and reconstruction project within the desired timeframe, which includes communication with all parties involved, timely identification and escalation of delays and all other necessary activities to ensure the project is completed on time; - Knowledge, control and protection of all relevant instructions; - Participation in technical projects planned by other bank services, if necessary.

Qualifications - Higher education: Engineer - Knowledge of office programs: Archicad, Autocad. - At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position; - At least 5 years of experience working in a similar field. - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
