The company "PCShop.GE" announces a vacancy for the position of Service Employee.

Location: Tbilisi, Gldani, Ilia Vekua 42. Work schedule: Full-time (5 working days) from 10:00 to 19:00.

Job description and responsibilities:

• Interact with customers coming to the service, receive and formalize orders;
• Support the company's and its clients' computer and peripheral equipment;
• Installation, configuration, and support of software;
• Participation in the process of preventive work related to the support of computer and peripheral equipment;
• Computer assembly;
• Control of balances.

Qualification requirements:

• Preferred experience working in a similar position;
• Experience working in the field of technology and knowledge of technical characteristics;
• Preferred English language proficiency at a communicative level
