Hotel "Bodbe" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Assistant Food and Beverage Service Manager.

Hotel "Bodbe" is a new Georgian brand with international standards, focused on providing high-quality service. The hotel, known for its breathtaking views of Sighnaghi, offers guests 132 rooms of various categories, different concept food and beverage outlets, a spa, fitness center, and meeting spaces.

Function-Responsibilities:

• Assist the department manager in the process of planning and executing daily tasks and various projects;
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees and provide effective mentoring;
• Plan and conduct regular trainings for service employees to improve service quality standards;
• Provide practical training on service standards and offer daily, constructive feedback to team members;
• Create a well-planned employee schedule to avoid overstaffing and ensure proper distribution of labor and compensation;
• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift meetings with employees to provide information on daily updates;
• Schedule monthly meetings with employees to provide all necessary information;
• Organize team-building activities to motivate employees and achieve team success;
• Prepare purchase request documents and monitor the purchasing process;
• Develop and periodically update departmental standard procedures;
• Control/create all necessary documentation, presentations, and other materials as needed;
• Ensure that hotel internal standards are followed by employees;
• The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for coordinating operations, training, managing, and evaluating the performance of the entire personnel.

Qualification Requirements:

• Experience working as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager or Food Outlet Manager;
• Experience in training, mentoring, and professional development of employees;
• Knowledge of foreign languages (English, Russian).
