Marketing Department Head Assistant

LLC "Thermoindustry" is seeking an energetic, organized, and communicative Marketing Department Head Assistant to join the marketing team and engage in managing and coordinating the company's marketing, digital, and online sales processes. What will you do?

Marketing and Projects

Support and coordinate the daily activities of the Marketing Department and ongoing processes; Participate in organizing marketing campaigns, promotions, exhibitions, trainings, and events; Provide necessary marketing support to the company's branches; Determine the need for marketing materials, order, control inventory, and distribute to branches; Communicate with designers and other relevant teams in the process of preparing marketing materials; Monitor online platforms: select reels for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok; Consult customers via WhatsApp and online chat; Prepare necessary information for social media and participate in content planning; Curate and update the company's websites daily; Control product prices and promotions on the website; Receive and process online orders; React to communications received on the company's corporate email and phone channels; Identify and communicate with management in a timely manner about issues that arise during work; Perform current tasks of the Marketing Department Head; Engage in other marketing and operational processes if necessary.

What do we require?

Higher education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; Experience in marketing, administration, online sales, customer service, or a similar field is preferred; Knowledge of social media platforms' working principles; Experience in managing website content is preferred; Knowledge of MS Office programs; Knowledge of 1C will be considered an advantage; Fluent Georgian language and effective written and verbal communication skills; English language skills are required;

Working conditions:

** Location: Tbilisi, A. Beliashvili St. 108; second location: Tbilisi, Kakheti Highway, G. Amilakhvari St. 1;

** Work schedule: 40 hours a week, 2 days off;

** Salary: fixed salary + bonus, according to experience and qualifications.
