Infrastructure Engineer
Andersen is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer for a project building scalable IT infrastructure and enhancing automation, system reliability, and software delivery processes. The customer is a large international organization providing specialized services and digital solutions to consumers across multiple markets. The company combines technology, data-driven capabilities, and customer-focused services to simplify everyday interactions and deliver seamless digital experiences. Its activities include online platforms, personalized services, customer support, and community-oriented offerings designed to strengthen engagement and long-term customer relationships. The project is focused on designing, implementing, and supporting advanced IT infrastructure and DevOps capabilities. It aims to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure solutions while improving automation, system performance, operational stability, and software delivery processes.
Responsibilities: - Architecting and implementing hybrid infrastructure (on-prem → cloud) solutions. - Automating infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform. - Owning capacity planning, scalability, and performance optimization. - Supporting high-availability, disaster recovery, and resiliency strategies. - Building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. - Automating deployments, patching, and system configurations. - Integrating repositories and workflows across Azure and AWS ecosystems. - Establishing coding standards, DevOps practices, and governance models. - Collaborating cross-functionally with product, infrastructure, security, and data teams. - Monitoring and maintaining production systems and integration platforms. - Ensuring secure architecture, data protection, and governance best practices. - Partnering with security teams on cybersecurity and compliance initiatives (PCI, SOX, etc.). - Conducting periodic system, infrastructure, and security reviews. - Producing detailed infrastructure diagrams, playbooks, and technical documentation. - Providing executive-level reporting on system performance, risks, and capacity. - Maintaining documentation for configurations, systems, and processes.
Requirements: - Experience in DevOps engineering, integration, or infrastructure roles for 5+ years. - Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Automation, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management). - Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services environments and repositories. - Advanced experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline development. - Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. - Experience designing hybrid (on-prem to cloud) architectures. - Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems. - Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar). - Experience with Git-based version control systems. - Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, etc.). - Experience in large-scale, enterprise environments. - Knowledge of ITIL, Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, and change management practices. - Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
Nice to have: - Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, Dynamics 365). - Proven experience as a technical lead or Lead Software Engineer.
Compensation: 4050–6000 EUR per month.
