We are looking for a Class Assistant who, together with the class teacher and teachers, will take care of the well-being and development of each student in the class.

Main responsibilities:

Helps the class teacher to create and maintain a safe, supportive and organized environment in the classroom; Observes students' behavior, engagement and well-being and shares observations with the class teacher in a timely manner; During lessons, provides individual or small group support to students who need additional help, as instructed by the teacher; Supervises students during breaks, in the cafeteria, in the yard and when moving around the school building; Helps teachers prepare teaching materials and resources and organize the classroom space; Together with the school psychologist and class teacher, promotes the implementation of support tailored to students' needs; Participates in the organization and conduct of class educational, cultural and social projects, excursions and events; Assists the class teacher in producing class documentation, including the electronic journal; Participates in the school's professional development programs and supports the school's values and culture.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education or a student in the last year of bachelor's degree (preferably in education, psychology or other relevant fields); Experience as a teacher's assistant or working in a class will be considered an advantage; Experience working with school-age students (both formal and informal education) is desirable; Knowledge of child development and social-emotional learning basics; Basic ability to use digital tools; Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and students, work in a team and be organized; High sense of responsibility, empathy, patience, initiative and desire to learn.

If the interview is successful, the candidate will move to the second stage of the selection process, which involves performing a specific activity selected individually for the candidate.
