We are a rapidly growing network of Japanese restaurants, whose main goal is to establish healthy, high-quality, and affordable Japanese dishes in the Georgian market.

Location: Tbilisi Type of employment: Full-time / Shift work Work schedule: 9-hour shift (8 hours of work, 1 hour of break) Salary: 1400-2200 GEL

Main responsibilities:

Timely and high-quality preparation of orders received from operators; Thorough knowledge and execution of internal operational standards and recipes; Maintaining high quality at every stage - from preparation to serving; Perfect knowledge of the menu; Control of semi-finished products' expiration dates and corresponding labeling; Observance of cleanliness and hygiene standards (HACCP); Effective communication and coordination with the team; Observance of high standards of discipline and work ethic.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible candidate:

With practical experience of working as a sushi cook; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment; High responsibility for quality and order; Knowledge of HACCP standards will be considered an advantage.
