Middle-level Lawyer

Coteccons Construction Company, based in Tbilisi, is seeking a middle-level lawyer to join our team, focusing on construction contracts and legal operations.

The company, with over 20 years of experience, is one of Vietnam's leading construction companies, implementing large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects using modern construction technologies and collaborating with international partners.

Several significant projects currently underway in Georgia highlight the company's long-term vision, high ambitions, and active involvement in developing the Georgian construction sector.

Middle-level Lawyer, Construction Contracts and Legal Operations

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00);
• Workplace - Tbilisi, Rustaveli Avenue 37;
• Salary - 2,500-3,000 GEL (net), depending on qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and revising draft supply, service, partnership, and lease agreements in Georgian and English;
• Negotiating terms with counter parties and internal structures, processing comments, and controlling versions;
• Managing the full cycle of contracts: internal approval, coordination of signatures, accounting, and status reporting;
• Initial verification of acceptance acts, collecting accompanying documents, and signing;
• Managing document flow in Bitrix and Signify;
• Coordinating labor contracts and work permits for foreign employees with external consultants and notaries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law;
• At least 2 years of experience working on commercial contracts in a construction company;
• English language proficiency at C1 level, company contracts and work communication are bilingual, so independent composition of contractual text, business correspondence, and negotiation in English are required;
• Ability to write legal texts in Georgian;
• Practical knowledge of civil and labor law;
• Experience using AI tools.

Preference will be given to:

• Knowledge of Russian;
• Experience working with FIDIC-based contracts;
• Experience working with Bitrix24 or electronic signature systems;
• Experience working in an international team.

Selection stages:

• Review of CVs;
• Written assignment: revising and commenting on an English-language contract fragment;
• Interview in Georgian and English.
