Procurement Specialist

We are announcing a job opening for the position of Procurement Specialist at "ELTEG" (https://elteg.ge/).

The company has been operating on the Georgian market since 2007. It offers a wide range of lifts, escalators, and parking systems, as well as installation and subsequent preventive maintenance services. Since 2012, it has been an authorized distributor of Kleemann.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Ketevan Tsamembulishvili St. 44 Work schedule: Full-time (09:00-18:00) Salary: 2500-3500 GEL

Key responsibilities:

The Procurement Manager is responsible for ensuring optimal, timely, and cost-effective procurement of necessary lifts, spare parts, and technical equipment. This includes forming effective partnerships with suppliers, obtaining favorable pricing terms, and managing logistical processes.

New local and international suppliers' search, evaluation, selection, and development of long-term partnerships with existing suppliers; Evaluation of suppliers based on established criteria, including product quality, price, payment terms, delivery deadlines, production capabilities, compliance with technical specifications, and more; Continuous market research, price monitoring, and negotiations to obtain the best commercial terms; Preparation, agreement, execution, control, and archiving of contracts with suppliers; Planning, organization, documentation preparation, and control of the entire procurement process cycle; Coordination of customs procedures in collaboration with relevant departments and customs brokers; Search, evaluation, selection, and optimization of cooperation terms with transportation and logistics companies; Coordination and control of the entire international shipping process, including monitoring delivery deadlines and conditions; Planning, optimization, and improvement of Supply Chain processes; Organization of the process for receiving, storing, accounting, and issuing commodity-material values in the warehouse. Inventory management, control of optimal balances, and planning replenishment as needed.

Key requirements:

Higher education in Business Administration or Technical field; At least 2 years of work experience in construction or logistics; High-level proficiency in foreign languages;
