Accountant

International hotel chain "Best Western Plus Batumi / ბესტ უესტერნ პლას ბათუმი" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Accountant.

Work conditions

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week);

• Location: Batumi, D. Archaghebeli st. N13b.

Main responsibilities

• Monitoring of food and beverage department expenses and invoices;
• Managing and controlling cost accounting;
• Daily control of discounts, cancellations and adjustments;
• Monitoring of food and beverage transfers between departments;
• Managing and controlling volume of expenses;
• Control of minimum and maximum balances;
• Control of food and beverage prices according to market demand;
• Correct filling and archiving of documentation;
• Participation in the month-end closing process;
• Preparation of monthly reports and analysis;
• Selective verification and management/control of the monthly inventory process;
• Analysis of inventory differences (excess/deficit) with the relevant department.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar field;

• English language skills are desirable;

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

• Experience working with Fina.
