Branch Manager

We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our team, who will ensure the effective management of the market's daily activities, maintain a high standard of customer service, and achieve key sales indicators.

Responsibilities: Organization and management of the branch's daily activities; Ensuring the protection of service standards and internal procedures in the branch. Reacting to customer feedback; Control over the processes of product receipt, placement, storage, and realization; Control over product balances, deadlines, prices, and labeling; Ensuring proper arrangement and availability of products on shelves; Control over the rapid implementation of promotions and advertising activities; Control over cash operations, cash funds, and day-end procedures; Effective communication with suppliers and relevant structural units of the company; Preparation of reports and information related to the branch's activities; Analysis of branch results and initiation of improvement measures; Participation in the selection and adaptation process of new employees; Coordination, training, and control of the activities of subordinate employees;

Requirements: Higher education; Desirable experience working in a leadership position in the retail sector; Knowledge of office programs (MS Office); Perfect command of the Georgian language;
