Job Description The Securities Service Center is looking for an employee to engage in the management of daily securities operations, servicing clients and partners, and developing operational processes.
Key Responsibilities: - Processing securities transactions on local and international markets, monitoring the settlement process, and resolving arising issues; - Reconciling securities and cash balances, investigating differences, and controlling data accuracy; - Processing corporate actions, including coupons, dividends, and securities redemption; - Preparing internal and external reporting, calculating service fees, preparing invoices, and monitoring payments; - Communicating with clients and partners on operational issues; - Participating in the process of onboarding new clients and preparing contracts in the operational direction; - Participating in testing and implementing new systems and functionalities; - Preparing operational procedures and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes.
