Main responsibilities
- Consult with customers and assist in selecting the necessary products;
- Introduce product features and advantages to customers correctly;
- Make sales and achieve the company's sales goals;
- Know the product range, prices, and current offers;
- Arrange and control products in the trading space;
- Ensure high-quality service to customers.
Working conditions
- Work schedule: 40 working hours per week;
- Fixed salary: 1200 ₾ NET (handed over) + bonus (500-1000₾);
- Bonuses: Two types of bonus systems are in effect:
- Realization bonus;
- Margin bonus.
