Real Estate Specialist

The boutique real estate agency "Origen Collection" is expanding its operations and is looking for a motivated Real Estate Specialist for a flexible, result-oriented collaboration.

The job remuneration is based on the output principle. The associated partner will receive a share of the "Origen Collection" commission from successfully completed transactions, in accordance with their actual contribution to a specific transaction.

The activities may include:

• Researching the Georgian real estate market and finding objects that meet client demands;
• Searching for real estate and direct communication with owners;
• Cooperation with other brokerage companies and developers;
• Finding potential clients and new leads;
• Developing professional connections and a partner network;
• Organizing property viewings and supporting communication with clients;
• Participation in negotiations and the transaction process;
• Finding new business opportunities that will contribute to the development of Origen Collection.

We are looking for a person who is proactive, independent, with analytical skills, and who communicates comfortably with clients and partners.

Experience in the real estate field is desirable, but not necessary.

Flexible, remote collaboration, without a fixed work schedule.

The remuneration is directly related to successful transactions and, depending on the scale of participation in a specific case, may be up to 50% of the "Origen Collection" net commission.

Knowledge of Georgian and English languages is desirable. Additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
