Branch Manager

Dro Fresh Bar is a healthy food concept bar, our main goal is to popularize healthy and quality food in Georgia. We are looking for a responsible and motivated Branch Manager who will fully oversee the daily operations of the facility, manage the team and ensure the implementation of company standards.

Key Responsibilities - Effectively manage the daily operations of the branch; - Lead the team, plan work schedules and control performance; - Motivate, develop and organize the work process of employees; - Ensure a high standard of customer-oriented service; - Control the visual standards of the facility and product quality; - Control inventory and manage the purchasing process; - Control cash operations and daily reporting; - Manage the training and adaptation process of new employees; - Control the implementation of company policies and procedures; - Ensure sanitary norms, safety and health protection standards; - Manage customer feedback;

Qualification Requirements - At least 1-2 years of managerial experience in the food or retail service sector; - Experience in leading a team of at least 10 employees; - Strong leadership and communication skills; - Organizational skills, responsibility and ability to make quick decisions; - Experience in managing service standards and operational processes; - Experience working with POS systems will be considered an advantage.

Work Place: Tbilisi Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 40 hours a week Employment Type: Full-time Remuneration: 1500 GEL + bonus
