Hotel "Episode Hotels" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Cook.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Pekin st. 41 Work schedule: 5 working days and 2 days off. 40 hours per week. Remuneration: 1500 GEL Benefits: meals / insurance / overtime pay system.

8-hour shift dynamic schedule morning and evening shifts

Main responsibilities:

• Preparing orders while maintaining calculations, according to recipes;
• Participating in the creation of new recipes;
• Preparing, sorting, and controlling the expiration dates of ingredients needed for dishes;
• Controlling refrigerator temperatures;
• Storing and processing food products in accordance with established standards;
• Conducting inventory;
• Ensuring replenishment/ updating of supplies;
• Fulfilling instructions given by the head chef.

Qualification characteristics:

• At least 1 year of experience as a cook is desirable;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge of food storage and handling standards;
• Quick response to orders and high-quality execution.
