Heating System Operator

Ilya State University announces a seasonal vacancy for the position of Heating System Operator in the Material Resources Management Service.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the heating system in university buildings is operational, regular inspection, cleaning, and technical maintenance of heating systems (seasonally);
• Ensuring compliance with safety rules during the operation of the heating system (seasonally);
• Identifying, diagnosing, and repairing problems in case of heating system damage (seasonally);
• Performing tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor in accordance with the position.

Qualification Requirements:

• Knowledge of heating system specifics;
• Experience in identifying, diagnosing, and repairing problems in case of damage;

• Knowledge of labor and fire safety norms;
• Knowledge of ethics norms in force at the university;
• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position.

Working Conditions:

Work schedule: 24-hour shifts every three days, with an average of 10 shifts per month. Remuneration: To be agreed upon. Address: Tbilisi, I. Chavchavadze Ave. N32/ I. Chavchavadze Ave. N45; Contract duration: 6 months, with the start date on November 1, 2026.
