Functions and Responsibilities:

• Quality control of raw materials and goods at the stages of receipt and storage;
• Quality control of products during production, storage, and loading processes;
• Control of product compliance with established standards and requirements;
• Preparation of labels according to the approved template;
• Preparation of necessary documentation for products in Georgian and English, including quality and safety passports;
• Control of cleanliness and compliance with established requirements on the production area;
• Identification, recording, and provision of information to management on quality-related non-compliances;
• Execution of relevant tasks assigned by management;

Functions and Responsibilities:

Conduct laboratory analyzes of raw materials, intermediate and finished products

Determination of physicochemical indicators of products, including: density, viscosity and other technical parameters

Ensuring quality control of products at all stages of the production process

Recording and documenting test results in laboratory journals and electronic accounting systems (Excel / internal program)

Constant monitoring of the production process and analysis of relevant data

Ensuring compliance of products with established technical and quality standards

Maintaining laboratory measuring devices and inventory in good condition and control

Compliance with technical documentation and internal regulations

Participation in internal inspections and quality control processes.

Qualification Requirements:

Higher education in chemistry or chemical technology is mandatory.

Experience in laboratory work - will be considered an advantage

Conversational level of Russian language (B1-B2).
