Field Force Manager

“HR Employment Agency” is announcing a vacancy for the position of Field Force Manager, who will perform work duties for the company Samsung.

Key responsibilities and obligations:

• Monthly evaluation of the Field Force (FF) based on sales targets achievement and quarterly assessment according to their KPI;
• Initiating all necessary approvals in the system to ensure timely payment and staffing of FF;
• Establishing direct communication with FF, including communication about their monthly goals and data collection;
• Monitoring FF attendance through random on-site visits and a work time monitoring application.
• Ensuring regular assessment and improvement of FF team's product knowledge and sales skills;

• Ensuring regular exchange of information with FF team on sales-related issues and internal sharing with relevant teams to take response measures;
• Collaborating with the marketing team and business teams to develop, plan and execute actions to positively impact sales, increase internal share and improve operational excellence;
• Adhering to HQ and RHQ guidelines, while initiating internal system approvals and ensuring communication with relevant stakeholders to strengthen overall strategy and goals.
• Controlling FF team's work compliance based on an agreed checklist and performance control during weekly workshop visits.

Requirements: - English language skills - Advanced Excel skills - Experience in a similar field is desirable
