Call Center Operator

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have already successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

We are looking for a Call Center Operator in "Archi" and his functions will be:

Receiving incoming phone calls and serving customers, while maintaining standards; Timely response to messages and post comments on social networks; Informing existing and potential clients about the company's products and services, both through telephone communication and social networks; Identifying, analyzing, and providing assistance to customer-provided questions/issues (if necessary, directing them to the relevant structural unit); Recording communication details with the customer in CRM; Providing high-standard service to existing and potential customers; Constantly caring about the satisfaction and loyalty of existing and potential customers; Making outgoing calls and providing information to recipients according to the script, if assigned.

Qualification requirements:

Desirable experience working in the service sector; Necessary knowledge of English at a communicative level.
