Sales Manager

Trading and Business Center "Megaline" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager.

Work location: Tbilisi, Didube, R. Agladze str. №15

Working hours: Full-time, from 10:00 to 19:00

Remuneration: The salary is determined individually, according to the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Research and analysis of the real estate market, including commercial space;
• Searching for potential tenants and communicating with them;
• Identifying customer needs and target segments;
• Managing the process of renting commercial and office space;
• Offering and presenting spaces to potential and existing tenants;
• Participation in the process of agreeing on lease terms;
• Managing business relationships with existing tenants;
• Maintaining and updating the database of existing and potential clients in the rental direction;
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in renting commercial space in a shopping center;
• The candidate must have practical experience in working with commercial space leasing in a shopping center;
• Knowledge of the full cycle of commercial space rental process;
• Experience in communicating with tenants and managing business relationships;
• Ability to offer commercial terms and conduct negotiations;
• Knowledge of the real estate market and specifics of commercial space leasing;
• Knowledge of English and Russian will be considered an advantage.
