LLC "Georgia Cement Company" announces a vacancy for the position of a laboratory assistant.

Job location: Poti

The candidate will undergo a 2-week internship (unpaid).

Working hours: full-time - 40-hour workweek (2 days of work / 2 days of rest)

Schedule: Monday-Sunday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour break)

After successful completion of the internship, the candidate will be employed full-time.

Working hours after employment: full-time - 40-hour workweek. Shift schedule: 2 days of work / 2 days of rest. Shift duration: 12 hours (including 2-hour periodic breaks)

Main duties and responsibilities:

Checking/inspecting the cleanliness and proper functioning of the laboratory section and equipment during shift handover and throughout the shift; Controlling samples of each machine; Specifically, controlling the quality of incoming materials, finished products, expired products, and raw materials after intermediate processing. Constant communication with the plant and scale operators; Working with laboratory mill; Working with laboratory crusher; Taking samples (clinker, limestone, gypsum); Taking cement samples; Preparing relevant reports

Qualification requirements:

Education in chemistry-biology, production technology; Experience working in a laboratory in the cement or related production industry; Attention to detail and discipline; ability to work in a team.
