We are looking for a team member at the construction company "Adli" for the position of Construction Works Producer.

Main functions-responsibilities:

• Planning, managing and controlling the construction process at the site;

• Monitoring the quality of current and completed works;

• Production of various acts required for construction works;

• Description of activities required for each important phase of the project, setting / fulfillment of deadlines required for their implementation;

• Study / reading of plans, drawings and projects of works to be performed;

• Participation in the search and selection of human resources and special equipment needed to perform construction works at the site;

• Planning and control of daily activities of contractors, subcontractors and working personnel at construction sites;

• Ensuring and controlling the protection of safety techniques at construction sites and controlling the activities of the person responsible for protection, safety engineer;

• Summarizing and reporting of works to be performed in stages at construction sites;

• Preparation and submission of reports on works performed by workers and requests for salaries to be reimbursed to the technical director of the service;

• Solving unforeseen technical problems;

• Risk management of projects from a technical point of view;

• Detailed measurement of the construction site, determination of the real volume of various works performed and to be performed;

• Ordering and controlling the receipt of materials and services to be purchased based on the monthly plan-schedule;

• Controlling the expenditure of various construction materials and inventory at the construction site and determining the compliance of this expenditure with the estimated documentation and generally established expenditure norms.

• Ensuring and controlling labor safety norms at the construction site;

Basic requirements, personal competencies / skills:

• Higher education - construction / engineering direction; (mandatory)

• At least 3 years of experience in construction, including at least 1 year of experience as a construction works producer;

• Knowledge of programs (Microsoft Suit, Archicad, Autocad at the user level);

• Knowledge of a foreign language (English and / or Russian);

• Knowledge and ability to manage a construction site;

• Ability to read and analyze construction documentation;

• Ability to plan, organize and monitor work;

• Ability to work within predetermined and agreed deadlines;

• Attention to detail;

• Ability to work in a team and be collegial.
