Main functions and responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing an annual action plan;
- Involvement in the accreditation/reaccreditation process of the English-language international educational program and subsequent monitoring;
- Ensuring the development of the English-language international educational program;
- Reviewing the curricula in force for the English-language international educational program and monitoring the quality of work performed;
- Systematic meetings with the employees of the English-language international educational program (in a physical or online environment), discussing current issues, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring their development;
- Monitoring the quality of the teaching process of the English-language international educational program and producing reports;
- Compiling the international program's study schedule, making adjustments as necessary in agreement with the school director;
- Monitoring the progress of lessons according to the established rules;
- Adjusting/editing the hourly schedule for the international program at the beginning of the academic year and providing feedback to the school director;
- Evaluating the academic performance of international program students according to a pre-agreed calendar, measuring and analyzing results; presenting the results to the Pedagogical Council;
- Conducting a survey on parent and student satisfaction with the educational process once a year;
- Analyzing parent and student satisfaction survey results and responding accordingly if necessary;
- Monitoring the production of assessment sheets for international program students;
- Providing recommendations to international program teachers on developing subject programs and teaching methods;
- Holding meetings with department heads and teachers on current issues;
- Communicating with international program students and parents if necessary;
- Preparing and presenting a semester/yearly report (analysis) on work performed to the Pedagogical Council;
- Developing recommendations for improving the educational process;
- Preparing assessment sheets and diploma supplements for international program graduates;
- Organizing apostille certification of diplomas for international program graduates upon request;
- Preparing for international exams;
- Performing other powers, in accordance with the institution's goals and objectives, and executing the tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Mandatory qualification requirements:
- Higher education with a Master's degree or equivalent academic degree.
- 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year of experience working in an educational setting.
- English language proficiency - minimum B2 level (speaking, writing).
