- Telephone handling of fault cases in the Fixed Network, Internet, TV in German
- Diagnosing user requests and fault reports using various systems
- Ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely processing of incoming orders
- Troubleshooting in the Internet, VoIP, and IPTV areas and resulting case management
- Managing your own pending customer cases, regular updates to customers on the status
- Promoting the further development of existing business and system processes
- Understanding customer needs to find solutions for non-routine tasks and requests
- Supporting the improvement of product stability and support processes
- Generating added value for our customers with sales of additional products
- Adhering to KPIs in the benchmark
