Retail Chain Manager

"Zgva Ludi" announces a vacancy for the position of Retail Chain Manager.

The company "Zgva Ludi" has been present in the Georgian market since 2020 and offers customers the widest selection of draft beer. Our retail chain features 50 types of draft beer, including both world-renowned manufacturers and exclusive live beer varieties. The company is constantly evolving and currently operates 15 large stores across different regions of Georgia.

The goal of "Zgva Ludi" is to offer customers the best beer selection and high standards of service.

Location: Tbilisi, Guramishvili 17b

Employment type: Full-time

Working hours: 5/2

Remuneration: ₾2500 + KPI

We are looking for a team member who is ready for new challenges, has a high sense of responsibility, good presentation skills, and a dedicated attitude towards work.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage sales plans, control performance, identify deviations, and react promptly;
• Organize the development of corporate and wholesale customer databases;
• Organize and ensure the approval of a long-term strategy for attracting retail customers;
• Generate, plan, and implement ideas for retail customer attraction events on a monthly basis;
• Develop and implement customer loyalty programs;
• Develop and implement cross-selling and merchandising standards in stores;
• Coordinate and manage store managers to increase sales, develop, and provide feedback;
• Identify customer requirements and needs, and raise issues with relevant individuals;
• Identify opportunities for opening new stores and submit proposals to management;
• Coordinate and manage the project of opening a new store;
• Formulate sales methodologies and guidelines for store employees;
• Organize the development of the organization's brand components;
• React promptly to factors detrimental to the organization and prepare/distribute relevant statements;
• Various current tasks and reports

Qualification requirements and skills:

• Higher education (Sales, Management, or similar field);
• Experience working in the retail sector;
• Experience in sales management and team leadership;
• Effective communication and negotiation skills;
• Organizational skills, strategic and analytical thinking;
• Customer orientation and problem-solving skills;
• Foreign languages: Russian and/or English;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs;
