Your main responsibilities will be:
Managing a team of mechanics and monitoring their work performance; Monitoring the selection of mechanics based on the client's truck needs; Identifying the needs/problems of mechanics and responding accordingly; Implementing monthly service plans with the team; Controlling the inventory of mechanics' tools and ensuring the purchase of necessary tools; Monitoring truck traffic; Delegating tasks to service administrative employees and monitoring their work performance; Managing, developing, and caring for subordinate employees; Communicating with customers of any type and providing them with theoretical consultations; Monitoring the smooth operation of the work process in accordance with ISO standards.
Qualifications and skills we need:
Desirable higher education in a technical field; At least 4-5 years of experience in the field of trucks; Conversational English and/or Russian is required; Experience working with various programs, including FINA; Knowledge of office programs, especially Excel, is desirable; Service and customer-oriented; Team management skills; Negotiation skills; Written and verbal communication skills; Teamwork skills; High sense of responsibility.
Additional information:
Work schedule: 09:00-18:00, two days off per week; Workplace: Tsitsamuri, Tbilisi Highway (opposite the Saguramo turn). The company provides transportation from Metro Didube.
