Regional Category Manager

The company "Bilioni" announces a vacancy for the position of Regional Category Manager.

Workplace: Batumi Work schedule: Full-time

Main requirements:

At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position. Higher or professional education. Knowledge and use of office programs.

Main responsibilities:

Effective category management: development of product categories and ensuring growth of sales indicators; Monitoring and visits to branches: regular monitoring of regional branches, planning visits, and controlling compliance with product category standards; Control of standards and merchandising: monitoring the correct layout of products (merchandising), price indicators, and deadlines in branches; Management of balances and write-offs: daily control and analysis of balances, turnover, and write-offs by category; Analysis and reporting: monthly analysis/reporting of work performed and category sales in the region; Team management and development: timely provision of information to team members about ongoing processes and innovations in the company; care about the development of employees and the quality of work performance.

Qualification requirements and skills:

Knowledge of office programs, especially Excel, at the user level; Desired experience working with 1C or other accounting/production programs; High accuracy and attention to detail; Analytical and logical thinking; High sense of responsibility; Ability to manage a team and coordinate.
