Main responsibilities:

• According to the annual procurement plan of the department, purchase of category products and supervision of the delivery cycle;
• Daily monitoring of category sales, research of the construction and repair materials market and weekly analysis of competitors' assortment and prices;
• Constant contact with the sales department regarding popular products and other details;
• Planning / control of effective redistribution of stocks;
• Determination of the need for product orders from branches and warehouses and processing of orders based on the received information;
• Conducting negotiations with local and foreign companies, agreement on category assortment and prices;
• Implementation of project purchases with partner companies;
• Preparation of purchase documents and their reflection in the program / sending by e-mail;
• Formation and constant updating of alternative supplier bases;
• Identification of linked products of the category and planning of the subsequent procurement process;
• Effective planning and organization of various types of promotions together with the sales and marketing department;
• Visiting customers with sales employees.

Basic requirements:

• Experience in a similar field is required;
• Knowledge of office programs (MS office Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of Russian and English languages;
• Knowledge of modern sales trends.
