Project Manager

Ukrainian IT product company (iGaming sphere) is looking for Project Managers for actively developing Internet Marketing Department.

Currently, there are several positions open in different teams of the department: Analytics, Creative team (design / motion), CRM and push-communication, Marketing and Advertising (media buying) testing, as well as R&D (research and development of new approaches).

Each of these areas needs an experienced Project Manager who can not only coordinate tasks but also effectively manage processes and the team to achieve set business results.

• Coordinate team work: task distribution, priority setting, deadline and performance quality control;
• Organize, improve and standardize work processes within the department;
• Analyze results, prepare reports and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Identify problematic and inefficient processes in team work and systematically eliminate them;
• Implement automation, artificial intelligence (AI) tools and new work approaches;
• Participate in the selection of new team members and employee professional development processes;
• Ensure daily communication with top management (C-level).

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, Team Lead or similar position;
• Experience in team management and simultaneous coordination of multiple tasks;
• High-level knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis);
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently, systematic approach and focus on measurable results;
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with different types of people;
• Fluent Russian language skills, both oral and written - necessary for daily communication with the team and management.

Will be considered an advantage: - Experience in digital marketing, media buying, CRM, creative production or R&D; - Knowledge of BI tools: Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL; - Experience working with push-notification platforms: Firebase, OneSignal, Customer.io; - Experience in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce or affiliate marketing; - Existence of a portfolio of implemented projects.
