Organizational support for the retail network's activities; Providing administrative and organizational support to the retail network's management; Collecting, systematizing, and transmitting information from network stores; Coordinating information exchange between stores and the central office; Working with products, inventory, and stock; Preparing analytical data on low sales, excess inventory, and expired products; Participating in inventory management, revaluation, and internal audit; Controlling the accuracy of data on product balances and movements; Analytics and reporting; Preparing reports on the network's activities; Creating analytical tables, reports, and presentation materials in Excel and 1C; Document management/document flow; Preparing reports, acts, letters, orders, and other internal documents; Participating in the network's operational activities; Monitoring compliance with company regulations and internal standards; Preparing high-quality reports and analytical materials on time; Ensuring the security of company information, documents, and confidential data;
Main requirements:
