Main functions and responsibilities
- Timely and accurate accounting of materials received, consumed, and moved between projects in the 1C program;
- Verification of primary documents related to material movement and reflection in the program;
- Preparation of write-offs of materials used in projects according to the acts of work performed (Form №2) and posting in 1C;
- Verification of material names, quantities, corresponding warehouse, and project data;
- Control of program balances and reconciliation of data with relevant departments if necessary;
- Coordination with the warehouse, project managers, engineers, and accounting on material movement and write-off issues;
- Execution of remote customs procedures and work with relevant documentation;
- Processing of necessary data and documents in relevant electronic systems;
- Organization and control of waybills, invoices, and other primary documents;
- Preparation of periodic reports and information for company management.
Qualification requirements
- Practical experience in working with 1C program - required;
- Experience in accounting for materials, inventory, or commodity movement;
- Knowledge of primary accounting documentation;
- Working knowledge of Excel;
- Experience working with Form №2 and material write-offs will be considered an advantage;
- Experience working with customs procedures / remote customs clearance will be considered an advantage;
- Secondary professional or higher education;
- Knowledge of Russian language will be considered an advantage.
