Position Overview: The trainer will lead trainings in entrepreneurial skills for students aged 6 to 16. This is an international educational program with a detailed curriculum, training plan, and methodological framework that the trainer is required to follow, adhering to international standards.

Trainer's Qualifications: - Must have English language proficiency at least at B2 level (trainings are conducted in English) - Must have relevant formal or informal education or experience in entrepreneurial skills. - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in conducting trainings or implementing startup projects.

Skills: - Innovative thinking and inspirational communication – must be able to inspire children to create and implement ideas, possess emotional intelligence, and have the ability to motivate and communicate genuinely and positively. - Responsibility, discipline, and time management – high responsibility for obligations and the ability to plan work effectively. - Use of modern technologies – must be aware of technological advancements, including progress in artificial intelligence, and be able to use them in daily activities.

Working Hours: Sundays, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (6 trainings per day, each lasting 75 minutes). Remuneration: NET - from 750 GEL to 1100 GEL per month (depending on the trainer's qualifications and achieved results).

Taking Up the Trainer's Position: Before taking up the trainer's position, the selected candidate will undergo procedural, program, and methodological onboarding training to implement the program according to existing international standards. If the trainer has no experience, they will also undergo a paid internship to take up the trainer's position.

Job Description:

Ensuring high-quality and smooth delivery of trainings, specifically: - Ability to create a positive and democratic learning environment while implementing own activities, in accordance with the labor contract, job description, position instructions, relevant program guidelines, and other internal legal acts; - Effective communication skills with children and their parents; - High sense of responsibility; - Time organization and discipline; - Careful and fair attitude towards students, with meticulous adherence to these principles; - Conducting trainings in accordance with a predetermined curriculum and study plan, including training topics, content, methodology, and sequence, in full compliance with the study plan; - Conducting trainings in English, using Georgian only when absolutely necessary; - Creating a maximally positive and professional environment during the training, to enable students to acquire knowledge and skills in accordance with the curriculum and maintain constant interest in the training; - Monitoring students' academic progress and providing feedback to the company's management team no later than once a month; - Immediately after each training, checking the material resources used during the training (and documenting with photos if necessary) and transferring them to the authorized person; - Ensuring constant stimulation of students' interest during the training, and in case of losing interest, immediately informing the supervisor and attempting to re-engage the student within the available possibilities; - Sending feedback to the parental communication group when necessary; - Identifying cases of students' behavioral rule violations or academic lag, and after consulting with the supervisor, establishing communication with the parent; - In case of training absences or delays, immediately providing information to the direct supervisor/manager and ensuring replacement by another trainer; - Keeping records of training names and students (on the portal) for each training, and immediately informing the direct supervisor in case of a student's absence; - In case of a student's dropout, determining the reasons for dropout and immediately informing the supervisor; - Preparing students for intermediate and final exams; - In case of any disruptions in the academy or non-compliance with hygiene and sanitary norms, immediately informing the supervisor.

Loyalty and professional qualification development, specifically: - In case of any risk of the trainer not fully performing their functions and duties due to any problem or dissatisfaction, including receiving an offer from another employer or family reasons, informing the Director of the Academy and the immediate supervisor, and, within the possibilities, first of all, conducting negotiations with the Academy's administration to resolve the problem;
