Loan Officer

Within Liberty, part of the Basisbank Group, we have an opening for a Loan Officer in the micro-credit direction.

Your main responsibilities will be: - Identifying potential clients and conducting negotiations; - Preparing credit applications, presenting them to the committee, and disbursing loans upon approval; - Managing and constantly monitoring the portfolio; - Requirements for the position: - Higher or professional education, preferably in banking or finance; - Work experience in lending; - Ability to solve problems and make independent decisions; - Effective communication and negotiation skills;
