Job Description Position Purpose The purpose of the position is to support the efficiency of back-office operations by processing data, reporting, and analysis, assessing necessary resources, and identifying opportunities for improving operational processes. The position provides analytical information preparation and sharing with relevant stakeholders, contributing to effective decision-making and operational process optimization.
Key Responsibilities - Processing and analyzing reports in daily, weekly, and monthly sections within the department; - Processing, structuring, and analyzing data received from various sources; - Preparing relevant conclusions and recommendations based on analyzed information; - Sharing analytical information with department, center, and division leaders, regional management, leagues, and other stakeholders as needed; - Counting, assessing, and preparing relevant analysis of resources required for transaction execution; - Evaluating the efficiency of operational processes and identifying opportunities for improvement; - Active involvement in initiatives and tasks aimed at process automation and optimization; - Assessing the effect of implemented automation and changes in processes and analyzing relevant results; - Participation in Agile transformation implementation in divisions; - Involvement in determining KPIs and preparing relevant parameters; - Early identification of possible risks and obstacles in the workflow and initiating relevant responses; - Preparing presentations and presenting results to relevant stakeholders based on conducted analysis as needed.
Qualifications - Higher education in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field; - At least 1 year of experience working in the banking sector; - Experience in data processing and analysis; - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; - Advanced knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and MS Word; - Good command of English. - Interest and readiness to use AI tools and modern technologies.
