SOLO Lounge Service Manager (Acting)

LLC SOLO announces a vacancy for the position of SOLO Service Manager (Acting) in Tbilisi.

Main functions and responsibilities

• Report directly to the Service and Quality Manager, in accordance with company standards;
• Manage and control the service quality and standards of subordinate personnel;
• Systematic analysis, identification of opportunities to improve service quality, and planning and implementation of relevant measures to achieve this;
• Determine and coordinate short-term work goals for subordinate personnel;
• Control the execution of established procedures by subordinate personnel and respond promptly to violations;
• Evaluate subordinate personnel and provide feedback;
• Control the process of serving guests arriving at the SOLO lounge and directly participate in the process if necessary;
• Focus on solving problems for any client arriving at the SOLO lounge and effective communication;
• Inform guests about the product range;
• Introduce the SOLO boutique concept to new SOLO clients;
• Scheduled inventory and reporting;
• Control the warehouse and order products.

For this, you will need

• Experience in teamwork, effective communication, and working in the service sector;
• Experience in planning and setting up the operational part.

Mandatory requirements

• Education: Higher education;
• Work experience: Preferably experience working in the service or HoReCa sector;
• Languages: Knowledge of English and Russian.
