"EPAM" is looking for a Business Analytics Consultant to join the Data Practice team. Your task will be to create data-driven products for clients across various industries, from idea generation to product implementation in daily use.
What you will do
- Lead the full cycle of data product creation, from research to implementation;
- Collaborate with clients to identify industry challenges and define the expected outcomes of the product;
- Translate business needs into product requirements, technical design, and a work plan;
- Actively participate in product creation;
- Select suitable technologies, including AI, cloud platforms, and scalable data processing;
- Measure product results and continue to improve it after launch.
Who we are looking for
- 7-10+ years of practical experience in creating data products or data-driven software solutions;
- Experience in bringing products from prototype to real-world usage;
- Strong technical knowledge in at least one area;
- Experience in designing architecture and making technology choices;
- Knowledge of business processes and metrics in at least one industry;
- Ability to lead discussions with both business and technical teams;
- Good command of English.
Advantage: In-depth knowledge of finance, retail, energy, or other industries, experience working in a regulated environment, and implementing AI products.
