Job description

• Ensuring the smooth operation of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems throughout the entire bank network;
• Constant monitoring and control of the entire bank network.

Key responsibilities and functions

• Ensuring the smooth operation of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems throughout the entire network;
• Planned service (control in the case of vendors) and monitoring of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems and units throughout the entire network;
• Periodic monitoring of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems and units throughout the entire network, developing optimal solutions for eliminating problems as soon as they are identified, and presenting them to management, planning, and execution;
• Implementation and supervision of regulations and requirements in the field;
• Technical support of the operations group;
• Interaction with general contractors, supervision and control of their activities, negotiations with them on general contract terms and their improvement;
• Coordination, planning, supervision, and control of the work of the HVAC service group
• Revision and control of the fulfillment of general contract terms;
• Assigning technical tasks to the project manager;
• Timely response to requests in Jira;
• Processing of received proposals, the heating and ventilation part, to ensure compliance with the needs provided by bidders;
• Monitoring and control of purchases of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems or parts thereof;
• Accounting, inventory, and organization of correct storage conditions for heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems (specific quantities and names of aggregates) in the warehouse, control of their subsequent use, monitoring, and control of secondary service parts;
• Operational execution of immediate supervisor's tasks;
• Ensuring technical work with maximum safety standards;
• Budget control in the direction of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and preparation of a monthly report
• Monitoring of the branch at night in case of problems with heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems

Qualifications

• Higher education, preferably technical;
• At least 3 years of work experience in the HVAC (heating, condensation, ventilation) field;
• Good knowledge of legislation in the field
• Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.

• Communicability and ability to work in a team;
• High sense of responsibility and ability to take initiative;
• Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively;
