SOCAR Georgia Petroleum LLC is announcing a vacancy for an Analyst position in Tbilisi.

Location: Tbilisi, 300 Aragveli St. N24;

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:30-18:30;

Remuneration: 3000 Net.

Main functions:

Working with databases and technical issues:

SQL database management, analysis and correction of existing queries according to business needs; Collaboration with the IT department and developers to solve data availability and technical issues; Coordination with the IT department on issues related to actions and marketing projects, preparation of technical tasks and documentation.

Data collection and processing:

Collecting, processing and analyzing data from various sources (CRM, Google Analytics, social media, etc.); Regular collection and processing of data from digital and traditional marketing channels (Google Analytics, Social Media, CRM system, etc.); Using AI tools to automate data analysis and optimize work processes.

Analysis and forecasting of marketing campaigns and projects:

Preliminary assessment of marketing campaigns, forecasting results and analyzing financial efficiency; Preparation of analytical assessments before launching marketing actions and campaigns - target audience, expected results, efficiency forecast, financial and business effect calculation; Monitoring the effectiveness of current marketing projects and campaigns, evaluating KPIs and developing recommendations; Analytical support for current marketing projects, data collection, processing and evaluation of project effectiveness - monitoring of received results; Evaluation of results and KPIs of implemented actions and campaigns and preparation of detailed reports; Regular analysis and reporting of ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment); Analysis of A/B testing results for optimization of website, advertising banners and campaigns.

Research of business, market and customer behavior:

Analysis of customer behavior, sales, loyalty programs, market and competitive environment; Analysis of customer behavior, sales, loyalty program and digital channel data; Monitoring and analysis of market, competitor and customer trends.

Reporting, dashboards and decision support:

• Preparation of periodic reports and interactive BI dashboards;

• Creation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and interactive dashboards;

• Offering data-driven recommendations, ideas and optimization ways for the marketing department;

• Supporting data-driven decision-making to plan targeted and economically optimal marketing campaigns and projects.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in analytics or a similar position;

• Higher education in business administration, marketing or a related field;

• English language proficiency - B2 level;

• Basic knowledge of SQL (reading and correcting existing queries);

• Experience working with CRM systems and Google Analytics;

• Knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio or similar BI tools and experience in creating dashboards.
